Property Preservation / Handyman
Seeking Property Preservation Vendors.
The scope of work includes;
-Trash Outs
-Winterization/ De-Winterization (including pressure test)
- Grass cuts, trimming, and basic landscaping
-Lock Changes
- Basic interior and exterior repairs
-Boarding and securing
-Ability to inspect and report damages
- Some simple roof repair (tarp, patch)
1,000,000 General Liability Insurance required per occurrence
Must have lawn mower/lawn tools
Must have smart phone or tablet to take before, during and after photos with mobile app
Must have computer with working internet and knowledge of computer use
Must be honest, motivated, and dependable with good attitude and strong work ethic
Must have reliable vehicle that can carry all equipment necessary
Must have valid drivers license
Must be able to follow directions
Must be able to pass an industry standard background checkEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
