Office Assistant I 035, 133, 137, 150 - 21414 Full-time - must be available to work two evenings per week Salary:
$18.
25 per hour Description Responsible for performing clerical functions such as data entry, filing, purchasing and office equipment operation.
Functioning as receptionist.
Assisting with special projects for the shelters and other housing programs.
Teamplayer - may serve on any other team as appropriate.
Requirements Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Word and Excel, operation of standard office equipment and the ability to work as part of a team.
Two evenings required per week.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
1 to 3 months of related experience/or training.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
