Job Description Under the supervision of the classroom teacher, the Assistant Teache r is responsible for assisting in the delivery of a high-quality educational experience, using the Creative Curriculum, for the children and families under his/her care.

Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older.
Minimum of one-year related experience or proven performance working in a child care program preferably with children ages 3-5 years old (this requirement may be fulfilled through a practicum or student teaching).
Demonstrate a willingness to grow professionally.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Bi-lingual in Spanish required.
Essential Functions Assist the teacher in planning and conducting daily activities for children.
Have a strong knowledge of all aspects of the daily routine, and anticipate the needs of the Teacher.
Assist the teacher in guiding the children's behavior and learning through active interaction and implementation of lesson plans.
Assist the teacher in maintaining accurate records for licensing and funding agencies.
Appreciate the diversity of families and how to effectively and appropriately share with them information about their child when directed by Teacher or Preschool Director.
Know and follow all state and center emergency policies and procedures.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
