Responsibilities:
Clean buildings by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces as assigned.
Monitor building's security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains and clean surfaces.
Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
Dust furniture and scrub surface clean.
Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants.
Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time.
Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.
Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor.

Usar adecuadamente soluciones de limpieza para eliminar manchas y limpiar superficies.
Usar productos qu micos de limpieza aprobados, y usando el adecuado EPP (Equipo de Protecci n Personal) al igual deben cumplir con las SDS (las hojas de datos de seguridad que proporcionan informaci n valiosa para el programa de salud y la seguridad de los empleados) Limpiar ventanas, particiones de vidrio y espejos, usando limpiadores, esponjas y jabones adecuados.
Desempolvar muebles y tallar areas hasta que queden limpias.
Limpiar y dar servicio a los ba os la veces necesarias usando trapeadores y desinfectantes adecuados.
Llegar a tiempo para el turno programado y completar todo el trabajo en el tiempo asignado.
Identificar e informar las reparaciones necesarias en los equipos para garantizar que est n bien mantenidos.
Entrenar en otras tareas o reas asignadas por el Supervisor.
