Conducts patient assessments and determines the health status, level of care, an any subsequent changes.
Ensures accurate and timely RAI completion.
Coordinates interdisciplinary participation in completion of the RAI and resident care plan.
Assists in developing and implementing programs and procedures to maximize the reimbursement potential of the facility and improve quality of care Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
